Luxury 1BR, Long Stays & Walk to Burj Khalifa, High Speed Internet

Positive: Рада снова вернуться в одно из моих любимых мест в Дубае. Отличная локация, рядом есть супермаркет, что очень удобно. В отеле свежий ремонт, всё выглядит современно и аккуратно. Мебель удобная и хорошо подобрана. В номере было очень чисто. Сам район находится в центре Дубая, поэтому отсюда удобно добираться в разные части города, что очень удобно было для моей работы. Владелец очень быстро отвечает на вопросы, проблем с заселением не было. В целом остались очень приятные впечатления, с удовольствием вернусь снова. Negative: Понравилось абсолютно всё!

Великолепный хозяин, когда требовалось помощь, все решалось сращу и постоянно был на связи . Positive: Все очень удобно, прекрасные апартаменты в самом центре Negative: Все отлично . Все понравилось

Great location, host needs to figure how to deal with emergencies and be more prompt. Positive: Location: close enough to dubai mall to walk even in this hot weather, easy walk to the fountains, lots of restaurants and cafés around, Spinney’s 24 hour grocery store right across Negative: The locking mechanism failed and I was unable to unlock. I was unable to reach anyone for 45 mins and it was evening so I was worried no one would respond. Finally I got hold of host who got it fixed. It broke down again next morning when I was leaving and I could not lock the door. I messaged the host right away but he didn’t respond until 7-8 hours later about having it fixed. After that it was fine.

Great stay, would absolutely come back! Positive: The host allowed us early check in at 7:30am after a 5am arrival which was extremely accomodating! 15 minute walk from Dubai mall, Burj and less for surrounding cafes, restaurants. Pool and gym facility access was a great addition. Apartment itself was clean and included utensils to cook a meal + a washing machine! Negative: Kitchen didn’t have oil, salt & pepper or butter etc the basics for a meal, so we did have to buy a bottle of oil but that was a small consolation!

Perfect for weekend escapes and remote work. Positive: It was a good short stay, apartment is located in ideal location accessible to all the hotspot in downtown, host is prompt in answering all my queries, recommend for remote work and weekend escape
